Saturday, February 18, 2012 - Solo/Ensemble Contest
Concession Stand

DONATIONS NEEDED
Individually pre-packaged chips, full-sized candy, and other snacks All items must be individually packaged, full-sized items suitable for sale at a concession stand - chips, pretzels, candy bars, Skittles, cookies, etc. Please, NO GUM or HOMEMADE FOOD.

Canned Coke, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper.....Coke, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper CANS only. Please do not send any other brand or type of soda.

Saturday, February 18 – 5 volunteers needed for each shift
7:00 -9:30 – set up, serving, and sales
9:30 – 12:30 – serving and sales
12:30-3:30 – serving and sales
3:30-5:30 – serving, sales, and clean up

Please send donations to the band hall by Tuesday, January 24. To volunteer, email bigredbandfromcoyoteland@yahoo.com, keyeager@sw.rr.com, or sign up at the booster club meeting.
